Business Analyst (Capital Markets)
Experienced Business Analysts with strong regulatory knowledge to work on
a major project within Capital Markets based out of London.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business and system analysis and requirements gathering
- Document and propose solutions for business requirements and prepare business cases,
business requirements specifications and technical system specifications
- Facilitating workshops to gain detailed insight and knowledge about the current processes, gaps
and opportunities.
- Assist with the preparation of user and system test plans
- Working with both the Data Lead and Reporting Lead to define data characteristics
- Support Product Owner in managing product backlog and to elaborate the requirements for
backlog items to meet the definition of ready
- Storyboarding and phasing to aide delivery and form part of the development scrum when their
projects are in build phase
- Building collaborative working relationships with business clients and IT project teams
Skills and Experience Required:
- Good understanding of Market Data protocols and modelling is a must
- Excellent current regulatory knowledge, including working experience of FATCA, MiFID II
- Good knowledge in FX assets & related business processes
- Knowledge of structured credit, FX , Risk, Swaps, Fx options, Futures and derivatives
- Hands on experience of bot Agile and waterfall delivery
- Experience in IBM Rational Requirements Composer
- Working experience in development projects involving MAPPER and COBOL based applications
- Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, and
reconcile conflict
- Experience of arranging and facilitating workshops and requirements capture sessions with a
diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively to all level of stakeholders and Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills
- A relevant degree or NQF level 6 qualification or above
- Experience of Pega RULES Process Commander Tool & Managing DCO sessions with client.
Software Development Engineer In Test
DIVYANGA LIMITED is currently seeking for an experienced Automation Software Development Engineer in Test to join the team to take responsibility for the design, planning and development of automation testing along with the creation, execution and maintenance of the automation scripts.
Key Skills :
• Test Driven Development/Behaviour Driven Development techniques
• Knowledge of structured credit, FX , Risk, Swaps, Fx options, Futures and derivatives , FATCA, MiFID II
• Experience of Pega RULES Process Commander Tool & Managing DCO sessions with client.
• Object Orientated Analysis, Design and Development
• Experience in a Tester role - delivering test plan, test data test, cases/scripts and test results/reports.
• Experience with test automation tools eg Selenium (WebDriver, Grid) and Cucumber.
• Selenium WebDriver Packages (Java Object Oriented Programming) Page Factory and Page Object Model.
• Hands on experinece in cross browser testing (Executing test cases against various browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Google chrome, IE and Safari etc ) and Parallel test execution.
• Experience of Core Java, Python, Javascript, JUnit, TestNG, HTML, CSS, SQL, TDD/BDD and test automation frameworks.

• ISTQB/ISEB Qualified to Foundation Level or equivalent experience
• Oracle certified Java programmer or equivalent experience
• Selenium Testing Framework, Quality Center, QTP and LoadRunner or equivalent testing automation and quality management products
• Experience in AWS and Cloud technology
• Experience with AWS - AWS CLI, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Route53, VPC, CloudFront, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, IAM
• Experience with AWS Data services - Redshift, Redshift Spectrum, EMR, Athena, Glue or equivalent stacks such as Hadoop, Spark
• Experience in Business Intelligence OBIEE reporting tool for data visualization and exploration to fetch the daily business reports and dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• UNIX/Linux Shell Scripting experience to develop automation scripts.
• Machine learning experience to develop statistical models for both supervised and unsupervised learning like KNN, K-Means, Decision tree, Random forest algorithms in R/Python or Matlab
• 4 to 6 years’ industrial experience post degree gained in the production of complex software in a team environment
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to articulate software design and implementation clearly and in detail.
• Track record of developing high quality industrial-strength software to the highest possible standards in a team environment.
• Demonstrable ability to plan work and to execute to that plan
• Ability to effectively review the design and implementation of software to ensure quality.
Key Responsibilities :
• Detailed design of a set of complex software components from high-level design information
• To identify test automation requirements in given project or sprint from defined requirements.
• Collaborate with the team throughout development to define acceptance criteria, achieve better quality and find issues early in development.
• Building and maintaining test scripts using an automation test tool including BDD/TDD techniques
• Implementation and supervision of the implementation of software components
• Peer review of software design, implementation and documentation
• Mentoring and supervision of more junior engineering staff
• Reviewing the software design, and implementations produced by team members
• Co-ordination of the activities of a project team.
• Producing and validating estimates for software implementation.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills

• Ability to assimilate knowledge quickly and efficiently

Salary : £36,000 to £42,000 per annum
Qualifications : Degree Level Qualification in Computer Science and professional qualifications.
